Our centre is situated at the best spot in Mauritius in the southwest of the islands. The large lagoon with fantastic, knee-high flat water (depending on the tides, the lagoon can also be very deep), is on the windward side of the spot, at the foot of Mauritius' famous landmark, Le Morne Brabant Mountain. The spot is ideally suited for all skill levels, especially because of the constant south-easterly trade winds that usually blow all day and because of the diverse spots.

The kitesurfing lagoon is ideal for beginners and all kitesurfers who do not yet feel they have fully mastered upwind sailing, but also for skilled kiters yearning for a relaxed kitesurfing session without a lot of chop.

Advanced and expert kitesurfers will like the spot in front of the centre, where the wind is somewhat stronger and they can choose between flat water and waves as long as the latter are not too high. A large Boston Whaler and 1 Zodiac are available at the centre to guarantee your safety.

Our centre is open seven days a week, but operations may be limited on some days during low tide. Since the kite lagoon is upwind of the hotel, we have rented a room for organisational reasons; we can store our equipment there, thus ensuring smooth tuition operations. Rentals and course enrolments are organised from the main centre. Rental activities also take place directly in front of the main centre, where most of the advanced kite surfers are found.

All rental guests are obligated to wear a helmet because in some places the water is quite shallow and there are also rocks. For all private kiters it is also recommended to wear a helmet.
